Roller Kappatos, a leading manufacturer of household products with a strong presence in both the Greek and international markets, is looking for an organized and communicative individual to join our Logistics Office.

Essential Qualifications
What will you do on a daily basis?
- Coordinate communication between the commercial, production, and warehouse departments to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
- Monitor and track customer orders, ensuring precision and on-time execution.
- Plan daily deliveries and collections, ensuring seamless transportation flow.
- Assess service quality from our logistics partners and fleet to drive continuous improvement.
- Generate reports on transportation efficiency, analyzing costs and performance.
- Maintain daily communication with customers, suppliers, and external partners for smooth shipping operations.
- Manage correspondence and ensure adherence to all department procedures.
What we’re looking for
- Degree from a Technical Institute (TEI) or University (AEI) – preferred but not mandatory if you have relevant experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within logistics or transportation management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems & MS Office.
- Good command of English to communicate effectively with customers and suppliers.
- Strong team spirit and excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized, responsible, and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.
- Enthusiasm and passion for a challenging yet rewarding role!
- For male applicants: Completion of military service is required.
