Our products also serve retail stores and professional technicians, adding value to the market.

To balance this situation, we request the implementation of a tariff policy that will protect domestic production.

Where do you see further growth opportunities for the company today? Tell us about products and potential opportunities in Greece and abroad.
The global market presents significant opportunities for our business, and for this reason, we have designed strategic initiatives to capitalize on them. Specifically, we plan to expand our international presence by increasing the number of countries in which we operate beyond the 14 where we are already active. Through partnerships with new collaborators, we aim to enter markets that align with our strategy for further growth.
At the same time, the development of new products is a key pillar of our strategy. We are planning the launch of new TV stands and other OEM products, designed to meet the needs of major international clients, further strengthening our position in the global market.
At the same time, we are strengthening our collaboration with leading retailers in the Greek market to reinforce our domestic presence. As part of this effort, we are launching new product categories, such as TV stands and cleaning products for home appliances, solidifying our position in local markets and offering innovative solutions to consumers.

Roller Kappatos remains committed to technological advancement, implementing innovative solutions that enhance productivity and improve its services. In this context, we have integrated a robotic assembly system that increases precision and production speed, ensuring higher quality while simultaneously reducing production times.
Additionally, the Warehouse Management System (WMS), implemented in 2024, has automated supply chain management, improving efficiency and accuracy in inventory tracking and order fulfillment.
Finally, our new B2B site will provide our customers with an easy and fast ordering process, as well as instant access to invoices, reducing administrative workload and streamlining transactions, enhancing both the customer experience and the overall efficiency of our business.

What strategic and financial goals do you have for the end of 2024 and the coming years?
The year 2024 closed with a 20% increase in turnover, reaching €4,500,000. For 2025, we aim for:
- An increase of 15-20% in turnover through new partnerships and products.
- Staff expansion: Creation of at least 15 new job positions to meet the growing production demands.
- Investment in equipment: New automated machinery worth €500,000 will enhance our production capacity.
