“We are in every home, even if you don’t know us,” says Theofilos Kappatos, CEO of the Greek company Roller Kappatos. And he’s telling the truth—despite being one of the world’s top four manufacturing companies specializing in home appliance accessories, making everyday household life easier.
With a history dating back to 1971, Roller Kappatos offers innovative solutions through a wide range of products, including bases for ovens, refrigerators, washing machines, and dryers, meeting the needs of the modern household and establishing itself in the market. Its signature product is the traditional square electric grill. However, the company is not present in all well-known electronics retail stores today.
“The company was founded by my father, also Theofilos Kappatos, and was named after the roller that serves as a base. Since its founding, it has been evolving—just like a roller itself,” described the company’s CEO during a press event.
20% Annual Turnover Growth and €3 Million in Investments
Since 2020, Roller Kappatos has been experiencing steady growth, with its turnover increasing by 20% annually. In 2024, its revenue reached €4.5 million, while the company has set a target of a 25% sales increase for the 2025-2026 period.
At the same time, the company continuously invests in new technologies and equipment, implementing a dynamic investment plan exceeding €3 million over the decade from 2020 to 2030.
A significant portion of the investments is directed toward the development of a state-of-the-art factory equipped with cutting-edge machinery. At the same time, the company’s investment plan includes the development of new technologies, such as robotic assembly and automated painting ovens. Additionally, a digital transformation is underway, featuring the implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, a Warehouse Management System (WMS), and a B2B platform.
Strong Export Activity
At the same time, Roller Kappatos has established a strong export presence, having exported its products to 15 countries over the past 15 years, including Germany, Italy, France, Spain, Singapore, and Australia. Its export activity continues to grow in 2025, expanding into new markets such as Romania, Serbia, Latvia, and Denmark.
